How do you cancel current subscription?
Log into web.connect.trimble.com, then pick on the profile icon (upper right), select "My Trimble Subscriptions". This takes you to the Account Management Portal.
Pick Plan Settings from the left-side menu.
In the upper right of the block for Trimble Connect Business (assuming this is the subscription you mean) pick "Edit Plan Settings".
You should see an option to "Manage Auto-Renewal", where you can turn off the renewal. Your subscription will continue until the current pre-paid term ends, at which time you'll revert to Trimble Connect Personal and retain read access to your projects, and full access if you're under the Personal limits.
