TCC takes you to status screen says everything is working but its not
I have passed your comments/idea on to the Product Manager for WorksManager. Thanks, Ben.
was down 2 hrs, back up
still having issues, went down again, is back up again
I'm sorry you were inconvenienced. Did you see the outage notification and linked bulletin under Latest product news > TCC Upgrade Notification on the TBC page?
why was this not posted through worksmanager log in screen, everybody doesn't come to this community
That's a good idea that I will raise to the Product Manager. The notification was, however, posted on the Civil Construction Software portal page and the WorksManager Resource Center page also. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
IBSS down again
something as important as a planed outage should have a popup when you log in to worksmanager, if they can do it for updates why are the not doing it for planed outages, like I said above not everybody comes here to the community and also I don't come here everyday.
GET WORKS MANAGER UP AND RUNNING NOW! I GOT MACHINES WAITING ON REVISIONS IN THE FIELD AS WE SPEAK AND THEY ARE DEAD IN THE WATER! THIS IS GETTING OLD. I WANT A BIG DISCOUNT ON NEXT YEARS SERVICE.
LOOKS LIKE IT IS STILL DOWN. i HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SEND DESIGNS THROUGH WORKS MANAGER FOR ABOUT THE LAS HALF HOUR AND NOTHING IS GETTING THROUGH TO MY MACHINES. BUT WHAT DOES TRIMBLE CARE!! THERE STILL GETTING THERE MONEY! TERRIBLE WAT TO DO BUSINESS.
Is the TCC down or the WorksManager? My TCC seems to be working. I don't want to use WM yet until they improve it better.
I can’t speak for everyone but yes my TCC seems to be working but the WM side seems to have a misconnection to TCC from what I can gather. I like WM but I have had problems with Trimble letting me know when the schedule outages for upgrades. I know they have me email, I just don’t know why they don’t send me one. I don’t log into there user groups every day to find out. The last two times they did an upgrade my WM quite working. And of course its always when I need to send out a half dozen design or revision to designs and I got crews waiting. Support ended up having to go into WM and transfer each design that I needed to day into TCC so I could savage the last half of the day. As you can tell I am not real happy.
The TCC upgrade left some residual sync jobs between WM and TCC in a suspended state. This was causing synching issues between the 2 systems. All that has been resolved. TCC and WM sync should all be working again.
I realize our lack of communication on some of these issues is extremely frustrating. It is something we need to fix ASAP. The team is working on creating a simple notification system within the WM app so that some of these ongoing issues can be made visible to our user base.
Again, on behalf of all Trimble, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Our support teams are actively monitoring the status of all incoming questions and will aim to respond to the issues as quickly as possible.
there is still issues with IBSS TSC7 siteworks rovers cant log in, same machines logged in multiple times TCC & worksmanager, descriptions not showing in TCC & worksmanager
Ben Brown The Operations and Support teams are actively looking at this. Will update this space when I have more information.
IBSS is back up and has been operating stably since 1500 MDT
Hello,I can`t get access to web interface for two days, although we have good connection, I get all information about machine. Two days ago I have It and all was perfect.Do you have access to web interface via WM?
Hi, regret inconvenience. We checked, and we don't see any outage with TCC at this point. Also, there is no access to TCC web interface via WorksManager
If the issue persists, please contact the support, and we will look to see if there is any specific problem.
It is not about TCC, It about WM work. If you know, the WM get access to Web interface added machine and this function I used successfully.
12.09.20 this function didn`t work up today and support can`t answer me why.
I have notified the WorksManager Product Managers. We are looking into your report. Thank you.
