Is it possible to rotate a point cloud 90° over the X axe.
I want to make a surface of walls and make a colored map of difference between the scan and another surface.
Where is the point cloud from? If it's SX10 data and you have done a station setup, then you could use the Transform Survey Point option. Since the point cloud is tied to the survey points, rotating the survey points will also rotate the point cloud.
If the point cloud is from some other source then you could probably use Georeference scan to rotate the point cloud. What you would need to do is extract some points from the point cloud using Scan to CAD or Extract Point Feature. Next rotate those points using the Rotate option in CAD. Finally use those points to Georeference the scan.
TBC has since a while the function "Create Projected Surface" in the surface tab.
That is meant to be used for scan data and comparison of vertical data.

Once you have that plane defined you also can create plot boxes on it and use those for dynaview in sheetviews. That should enable you to plot heat maps of the differences.
