When of our user is trying to export and rcp file he is getting this error with the 5.31v installed on his machine.
I can't say I have seen this error message before. Perhaps try uninstalling TBC using the Trimble Cleanup Utility and then install TBC 5.31 again. If that does not resolve the issue please contact your dealer (or if you are a dealer contact Trimble Support).
