How to change scale factor when using S6

I calibrated a site using my Model 3 GNSS equipment and Access 2020.  The residuals were good 0.03'-0.05'  Then set an observed control point.  Using the set point as my instrument point for my S6 and one of my calibration points for my backsight, I did my station set up and it reported an error of 1.56' short over 160'.  I shot the distance directly 160.01' and compared it to the inverse in the Access DC and they matched 160.01'.  If I export the points and import them into a different data collector using Survey Pro, everything checks out 160.01' between points. It appears to me when my S6  was used in the Access file it is using a scale factor, but I do not know where to check to see what it is using or where to change it. Any help would be greatly appreciated
