My .tdx import fails, what am I doing wrong?

I drag and drop the .tdx into realworks, choose my sampling settings and click start.  Some processes are listed in green (conversion to .tzf format and export .tzf images) as "completed" while others (sampled scan attachment and sampling by step) are red "failed".  When i close the TDX processing window after its done, I have no point cloud.    I've attached a few screenshots.  I also tried importing the scan files directly from the SD card but the same thing happened  Any ideas???


I then "auto extracted all targets" and the points showed up.....  Still unsure.
