We own a V10 and we use it mostly to record the state of the site from time to time. One of the things that stops us to use it more is that it is a bit slow. I wonder if now that Trimble rolled out the TSC7, this time has reduced (we use a TSC3).
In another hand, I just witnessed a new product by one of Trimble competitors. It's a GNSS with an integrated camera. I found amazing how quickly it is to do a point cloud using the pictures. Again, I wonder if Trimble is planning some kind of upgrade to their system combining the new R12i, V10 and TSC7 to do something similar.
