Sonarmite DFX dual depths are not supported by ACCESS?

I have a Seafloor System Sonarmite DFX dual frequency echosounder (200/30khz) but in Trimble ACCESS 2017.24 in a TSC3 and 2020.11 in a TDC600 the available Sonarmite DFX driver only displays one depth in the screen when using DFX1 and DFX2 SonarMite DFX drivers

ACCESS stores the 2 SonarMite DFX depths but they have the same values, as if the bottom was rock when in the river we tested it is soft mud for at least 3m deep

Please fix this serious BUG in the SONARMITE DFX drivers DFX1, DFX2 and DFX3 for all versions of hardware DFX echosounders and in ACCESS (and also TBC dual depths handling them)

With SonarMite DFX3 driver ACCESS shows the 2 depths but the depths 1 and 2 are basically the same as if the bottom was solid and no sub bottom penetration was obtained with the 30khz frequency
