Trimble Installation on New Computer Not Working

Hello,

 

I am having great difficulty installing Trimble Positions Desktop Add-In on my new computer.  Everything worked just fine on my old computer.  I was using TP Desktop Add-In version 10.3.0.2 with the ArcPad 10.2 Extension.  I have downloaded and installed a newer version of TP for desktop (10.4.0.1).  At first, I kept getting an Error saying, "Failed to connect to Office Database," whenever I opened ArcMap.  I went through the steps in the Desktop Configuration tool to create a new database and tested the connection.  Still got the error.  After trying several times to configure the database, I uninstalled and reinstalled.  Same problem.  I then went to my old computer and copied the old Jet database over to my new computer.  When I went to the Desktop Config tool, it immediately recognized the database and indicated a good connection.  I was able to check out data and collect data, however, I could not check it in.  I am out of ideas. I have tried to contact my Trimble dealer, but they are not returning my calls.
