Serial Number and Authorization Code not Recognized

I just upgraded to SketchUp Pro 2017.  There was no charge.  I was given a new Serial Number, but not a new Authorization Code.  When I entered the new Serial Number and Old Authorization code, it gave me a link to check  My License information which is what I entered that I got from the web page.  When I did that it repeated that I needed to get a valid Serial number.  I repeated those steps several times and it did not validate my new Serial Number.


What should I do?
