Hi Connect Support, I have loaded a Revit 2017 model into Connect via the connect add in app for revit.
In the desktop connect app if I select to view the model connect crashes. Now each time I open the project it crashes before I can unselct this file in the models to view. If I delete the file from the online project and sync via the desktop sync app, it still does not delete the file from the desktop app. I now sit with the situation that I am locked out of this project as it will never run due to this error. Can you delete these .rvt files for me? What is the correct way of going about this to avoid this happeneing again?
