are there any experts willing to assist with an issue with TAIM and license issues?

I relinquished my license trying to install on a different device, but after giving up on that, i am unable to assign my license back to my TSC3. I am NOT an expert, but it seems to be an issue with the trimble license server.


reloaded WM 6.5, connect to TAIM, but when it says 'No unassigned licenses are available to apply to connected device'


I have been in contact with my rep, and a ticket has been created for assistance, but i am trying a different angle with this request for assistance.
