Not able to open sketch revision from trimble connect.

I have been making changes to a Sketchup file at my desk computer all day.  I tried to open the file on my laptop and it didn't show any of the newer versions of the drawing.

 

I can see the version I need but I can't open it up.  I keep getting an error message saying:  

This file is not enabled for viewer based on the project configuration. To Enable viewing capability please contact connect-support@trimble.com

I am freaking out that I'm not going to be able to open my file and all the revisions over the past month are gone!
