Our organisation uses "Trimble Connect Enterprise for Structures" to share drawings between teams. Four times now the licences have suddenly stopped working, and users can no longer download documents. The workaround is for our reseller to remove our licences and add them back into the portal. The impact is not trivial though, production teams are unable to work until the issue has been resolved or hardcopies of drawings have been printed and distributed.
Has anyone else been affected by something similar?
