I got a customer yesterday that came in with a storage issue (4gb only was left on his C: drive) witch caused issue updating the Windows 10 OS. So my recommendation was to clean up some less important apps and if if was necessary to load a SD data card. He took that solution and went buying a SD card. He told me that he performed the Windows update during lunch time and found his unit powered off after. He then tried to power it back on but the computer will only go in the BIOS. Brought it back in our shop, I tried to restore to default, remove the keyboard and different other things (not many as there are not many options in there) it never booted back in Windows.
