I have 2 questions regarding Importing SHP files into Connect/TerraFlex:
1. Does the data have to be in Lat/Long WGS84?
2. Is there a limited number of features to upload at one time. Aka 1000 Features per Import session.
To answer your questions:
We should have some more detailed guidance published on this next week on the main page
Thank you for the reply.
This makes sense.
Did you see my other question on TerraFlex Community?
There were some web links missing in the Getting Started Guides for Connect and TerraFlex workflow that Hamish had created.

I can confirm Tom's recommandations concerning the import process for Shapefile contained in a Zip file. The import process is way faster when data are set to WGS84. When set to local projection it is a little long even for small datasets... up to minutes for only 300 features...
Hope that helps
