Hi, do someone know how to fix the issue, that the TDC600 is not recognized under Windows 10 via USB connection?
I get the following error message.
Connection to other PC´s is working, so must be a issue with my Windows 10.
Thanks,
Martin

Hi Martin
I can refer you only to this Support Note here.
I hope this helps to establish a connection to TDC600 and Windows 10.
Best Regards

This works for a TDC100 - Hook up USB cable, Swipe down, Tap on the Connected message, Connect as Media Device check box for MTP protocol
First, make sure that they have developer options turned on. To do so, go Settings / About Phone / Build Number. Tap repeatedly on Build Number (aprox. 6 or 7) and developer options will appear (just above About Phone). In Developer options, scroll down to Select USB Configuration and tap on MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) even if it is already selected. You will see the drive show up in your file explorer on the PC. I like having it already connected to the PC when performing this. Tapping it again will close the File Explorer and back and forth.
