My Software license for TBC 5.0 is gone after I updated the software to a newer version, and if I input another one license it's not readable because the old license is still valid. How can I fix it?
What type of license do you have? USB dongle? Network? Network on a VM?

Either your warranty has expired or you need to update your HASP drivers.
It looks like you have installed TBC 5.10, which has a Build date of 1 May 2019. If your TBC warranty expired before this, then you won't be able to run TBC 5.10. Your options are to re-install 5.0 or talk to your dealer about extending your warranty.
If your warranty is up to date, then you could try is updating your HASP drivers.
They can be downloaded from here:https://sentinelcustomer.gemalto.com/sentineldownloads/The one you want to download and install is "Sentinel HASP/LDK - Windows GUI Run-time Installer".
If you are not confident in doing this then I would recommend talking to your dealer.
