how to shift survey data and coordinate system

I have a survey that was setup using the "here" command for the base on an autonomous point with the survey setup using State plane Oregon North. When I bring the raw data jxl into TBC the coordinate system lists the datum as NAD 1983 (conus):

I have sent the base station t02 to OPUS for correction but could also use the RTX-PP service. The survey includes multiple t02's because of the time to survey so I have three OPUS corrections. I am wanting to shift my survey points to the corrected base station but also change the coordinate system to UTM zone 11N with NAD83 (2011) datum. It seems that the approaches I have tried give me different results:

Approach 1:

Import the OPUS xml's and average the points

change the quality to control and the original base to unknown

recompute the project

use project settings to change the coordinate system to the desired output

Approach 2:

Send the t02's to RTX-PP (selecting nad83 (2011) as the coordinate system and north america as the tectonic plate) and merge their solutions

change the quality to control and the original base to unknown

recompute the project

use project settings to change the coordinate system to the desired output

I am unsure if I am doing the processing correctly. Any guidance is appreciated.
