Anyone else having issue with the Trimble unified log in? It usually takes multiple attempts to get in. I am seeing this with WorksManager, Trimble Community and Stratus. Appears to have started about a week to 2 weeks ago.
Maybe clear out your Temporary Internet files and see if that helps - sometimes things get Cached and when the back room boys update stuff the cached stuff wins and causes failures - maybe that is the issue here?
I am not seeing any issues with Trimble ID - however I am mainly using Retrieve, Community, Connect and TML Status and they all appear to be working fine, however I also don't tend to have all those open at once - could that be a cause here - what messages are you getting back when it will not log you in?
I just did a clear on the data and that has definitively helped. I was doing a clear of browsing history but didn't realize you could set the range in chrome.
