Is it possible that measured surface data in SCS900 could be lost if a conflict with a site.xml file is resolved incorrectly in Office Synchronizer?

Question asked by Allen Johnson on Jan 2, 2020

I have measured surface points in SCS900 that have disappeared from a work order on a site with several controllers. I am wondering if resolving a site.xml conflict incorrectly in Office Synchronizer could cause the measured points to be erased. Luckily, earlier in the season, before the points disappeared, I had exported them as a .csv file which is saving me now. I actually imported the .csv file as a double check on my data and that's how I found the missing points.
