I am trying to renew the license on one of our TBC keys and a, getting an error (attached). Any ideas?
You will need to contact your Dealer and get their assistance to resolve this issue. You will need to send then a C2V file from your TBC license. To do this:
1. Go into Sentinel Admin Control Center on the PC where your license resides.
2. From Options select Sentinel Keys.
3. At the top the list could be the local key ID. To the left of this should be a C2V button.
4. Send this file along with details of the error and your 19 digit code to your dealer.
