Problems consuming an hourly subscription with the error - Consumption period cannot start in future?

 

If you are using Trimble Mobile Manager and see the message prompt 'Consumption period cannot start in future'  when you attempt to consume an hourly 'PayGo' Catalyst on Demand subscription, you probably have the incorrect date/time or timezone set on your Android device.

 

Solution

 

To resolve this you'll need to check and correctly set the Date and time on your device via the SETTINGS > General Management > Data and time option

We recommend that you set the Date and time to Automatic date and time - Use the date and time provided by your network so the synchronisation is as accurate as possible.
