Quadri

To check if you are really accessing a project on a Quadri server on the server you think you are and that you have access with the username you think you are using:

1. First Find the projects server.xml file
2. Open this file in a text editor (Notepad or similar)
3. Look at the value “ServerName”. This is the IP-address of the server this workset was downloaded from
4. Look at the value “UserName”. This is the username you used when downloading this workset
5. Have a QMM administrator (or a project administrator in this project) verify that you are using the correct server address and that your user name has access to the project.
6. If you are using TrimbleID, the username will be a cryptic text string. The administrator can right click your name in the user list in QMM to see which Trimble ID the user has.
