In case of a crash in the system or problems with sharing to server we want you to send us log files that are stored on the %TEMP% folder on your computer. We need you to zip them and send them to us.
First, try to provoke the error/crash.Then, close Quadri/Novapoint if it didn't shut down by itself.
For Quadri for Windows or Novapoint log files:

Now send the two zip files to support as requested.
