BCF Export

    Since yesterday I have been trying to export a BCF file from Trimble Connect Web, but I'm not receiving the e-mail to download it.

    Is there anyone having the same problem? How to procede?

    This should now be working. We had issues with the processing of BCF Export . The issues are fixed now.

    Unfortunately, the problem persists around here.

    I got the e-mails with the BCFs that I exported yesterday, but the ones that I'm trying to export today are having the same error again. "Export to Excel" is working fine, the problem is only about BCF.

    No message of error is showing up, only the regular message: "Export to BCF is being processed. We will notify you by email when the file is ready", but the notification doesn't arrive.

    My colleague Jasper posted a problem with the BCF export 22 days ago. Since then we're in contact with the support, but it's been a long time I've heard something back. This problems is still not resolved!!
