Hello,

What steps are needed to access encrypted NTRIP internet correction streams for this configuration?

The current setup works fine for standard caster via internet/WiFi but simply switching from port 2101 to the alternative secure port 443 won't connect and
download the table and simply times out.

OS is latest  6.7.18. and the recommended certificate has been installed. There's no configuration options or any other help I can find.

Our national agency here in Australia is in the process of transitioning to encrypted only streams.

I can check with the engineering team but I'm not sure we have a solution here for TerraSync. Does the Australian national agency have a timeline for turning off the unencrypted NTRIP streams?

Unfortunately this is not possible. The Windows Mobile/ Windows Embedded Handheld (WEHH) OS , does not support https / SSL, so the new NTRIP server will not be accessible to any applications using these operating systems.

For anyone else who ends up in the same predicament an alternative is bluetooth serial to an Android NTRIP client and handle the SSL there.

You could also investigate a redirector / router application running on some PC with Internet access, which passes packets between https and http.  I didn't find anything in a quick Google search but networking people might be able to help.
