Hello,
First time poster as I am a bit more frequent on the esri board.
I saw that you can connect Survey123 to High-Accuracy receivers as long as they output an NMEA signal.
I am just starting in surveying but is that something the R10 can do?
The current workflow we have is for PPK mapping: (I work for a Japanese company and all the handhelds / devices are in Japanese so some terminology is lost on me)
1. Place GCPS
2. Start a VRS survey - Create a virtual base station (?)
3. For each location we do a 10-epoch collection and then to ensure better accuracy (or because it is mandatory?) we re-initialize and collect at the same location a second 10-epoch data set
4. Repeat Step 3 for each GCP
5. End the data collection
6. Send the SIMA data to our Google Drive
7. I don`t know from here on.
Ideally if we can do all of this on survey123 (maybe we don`t need it to be SIMA formatted?) then I feel the process can be very quickly and more automated, but does anyone have experience in this?
