Activating Catalyst On-Demand on iOS device

    Hi I normally use Catalyst 10 monthly packs, but we using the software more and more, and I would like to try the Catalyst On-Demand hourly pack.

    My concern is that from all documentation and videos I have seen so far, you need to activate the hourly pack via Trimble Mobile Manager. For iOS, there is no Trimble Mobile Manager available as you only use TerraFlex.

    I want to confirm that because of this, will Catalyst On-Demand be able to be used for iOS devices?

    Hi Mitesh

    The Trimble Mobile Manager app has supported iOS since July 2021 with the v2.5.x release - you can find it on the Apple 'App Store' if you search for Trimble Mobile Manager

    • If you are using any app (including Terraflex) then you will need to install Trimble Mobile Manager to be able to claim and start your OnDemand session
    • Terraflex would then pick up the OnDemand subscription in use when you sign in with the corresponding TID
    • Please refer to the Use Catalyst OnDemand subscription section of the help for more information.

    That helps! Sorry I must have confused TMM with UAV Ground Control.

    Will definitely give this a try on my iPad soon. Thanks for such a quick response. Do you also provide help with Trimble Connect?
