    Hi,

I've been attempting to import BCFZIP files to the root folder, but it keeps failing. Please Suggest any option to import it properly and add it to the TO-DO list

    Thanks,
    Krishna

    Hi Krishna,
It should ideally work. Could you please share the bcfzip file , projecID &  Region(North America / EU / Asia)   with our Support Team (connect-support@trimble.com) so that we can investigate.

    Regards

    Hello,

    I also had this problem.

What option do you use, when you import the bcf?

Do you 1) define new type, status, priority etc. or do you 2) update project settings with values imported from files?

If 2), it might be, that some values in your bcf are not accepted by Trimble Connect.
For instance, ":" "&" "/" in Tags will not be accepted in Trimble Connect.

To test if that is the case, try importing your bcf-File but define in this window values for each field, which already exist in Trimble Connect.
    I hope it helps.

    Best regards,
