Hello - a couple of questions about Trimble License Manager.
Is there a maximum number of users that can be added as admins to a Catalyst license account? We currently have the account owner and two delegated admins. We tried to add 4 additional users, but they are unable to see the admin's username in the Switch Accounts menu.
Also, our account owner has had ongoing issues assigning licenses. He will assign a license to an account and even reload the page to verify, but the license is not assigned according to my screen or the Mobile Manager app on the iOS device.
Any tips or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
