    Some client's recently do not see the folder under Asia I set up for them.
    What can be done so they do see the folder ?
    I am waiting on the latest one this morning to send me a snap of what he sees.
    Below is the folder they should see.

    Any chance your clients have free Trimble ID?
    If that's the case one project is max they can see.
