Closed Loop Corridors

    Are these things always a disaster built as a corridor? I always feel there are issues when I do this. Not sure what's wrong with this corridor but we've got a million flags.

    The easiest fix is to just shorten the last segment in the alignment by 0.01 ft. (so it's not a closed alignment)

    Plan B would be to put a null template near the end of the alignment.

    Following this thread to see how this correct.  I did do a sampling distance override in the corridor template setting and had several flags get removed.  I exported the surface and reimported the surface.  Looked fine.

    roundabouts, never had issue as I closed short from the star of the alignment.  I also use 3D lines to create my corridors by means of the SIDE SLOPE tools.

    Hi Gary,

    is there any talk of having a closed alignment feature in TBC in the future? if not I would like to request it. I am constantly getting closed alignments from other packages (12d mostly) with the last elements been omitted Apon import. I spend a lot of time correcting this for roundabouts, islands, loop roads, basins and dams.
