Connecting to DA1 failure

    I'm trying to connect to Trimble DA1 via Trimble Mobile Manager, but I keep getting an error message "Failed to connect to Trimble DA1". Please help.

    Mobile manager seems to be crashing a lot too. Please help

    Hi Sophie,

    Have you tried the steps in this Support Note? If that fails to address the issue you should reach out to your Trimble partner who will help you as needed.

    I am having the same issue when using connecting manage mobile. When I click connect it goes to Google store but don't find the app. Look like Trimble Catalyst Services is not available on Google store.

    Hi Onias,

    The Catalyst service is no longer available on the Play store for new DA1 users. If you are an existing user the app is only available if you are on Android 13 or earlier. I would suggest you contact your local Trimble dealer to discuss options.
