DA2 - iOS/Catalyst with ESRI Collector

    Hello,

    When we try to connect the DA2 in Collector we cannot get the RTX/Internet location. Trimble Mobile Manager shows its accuracy is correct but when we launch ESRI Collector and connect to the DA2 and setup a profile it states, "The Trimble device failed to start". Any ideas how to get the RTX/Internet precision into Collector on a iOS device?

    Hi Steven,

    Esri Collector does not support the Catalyst DA2. The DA2 is fully supported by Esri ArcGIS Field Maps. See here for compatibility information.

    Mark is correct. Also, Collector is deprecated and there is no reason to stick with it. Field maps is almost identical from the field user's perspective and it's much more powerful.
