I've been using the local WV DOT base.
I use an old "SSF" file and it all worked as normal.
I don't believe my error is because of the goverment shutdown because I am able to correct an older file and the errior message I am getting is saying it's unable to extract base data from the file name I am trying to correct.
I am also having troubles with the rangerinder on my Trimble. I'm starting to think there is something wrong with my Trimble. I'm going to start my search for a new unit. This Geo7X is about 10 years old. Any reccomendations on a replacement for it?

Due to the US Government Shutdown, access to the NGS CORS base station network has been removed for all users. This means applications like GPS Pathfinder Office, Terra Office, TBC, and Trimble Offline GNSS Correction services will not be able to download base station data from the CORS network or the NPS network. Users in some parts of the US should still be able to access State networks as an alternative:
Alabama DOT
Florida DOT
Indiana DOT
Iowa DOT
Kentucky CORS
Minnesota DOT
New York DOT
Ohio DOT
West Virginia DOT
Wisconsin DOT
For Pathfinder Office, Terra Office, and TBC users will be able to select one of the networks above, or wait to process their data until access to NGS CORS is restored.

I have a Geo7X to collect data with and I'm using the Pathfinder Office to correct the data once I'm in the office.
I've hd this set up for years and it's been working fine. I recently collected some points, transfered the data to my PC and tried the Differential correction. During the Differentiall correction wizard I am getting the following message " Unable to extract base data from [file location/name].
I went back out today to try to collect some points just to see what would happen. The newly collected points are giving me the same error.
Does anyone know why I am getting this message?
I don't know if its a problem with the Geo7x, the base that I'm trying to D/L the data from or something else.
