Mapping and GIS Solutions Community

We're working on a DoD GNSS project, and need to find a copy of the TR-24 ICD. The product was under IDIQ until May of this year, so the documentation must be available, but our DoD contacts can't find one, and we can't even get a conversation going with sales at Trimble Geospatial. 

Anyone know where we can get a copy?
