this is an update on the file upload issue to Trimble Connect regarding the European region.
The issue should be fixed since today and you should be able to upload projects again all the time.
The export should also work at all times.

Dear all,
We found that creating projects and upload or exporting them via Penmap for Android and Penmap Project Manager sometimes fails.
This only happens on files within Connect projects hosted in the Europe region.
The problem is currently related to very high server workload.
The issue happens from time to time for a period of half an hour.
The conversion fails with a message like:
"Exception in Upload result to Trimble Connect, try again later"
If the issue has happened we have experienced that it works again after half an hour.
We apologize for this inconsistency and we are currently working hard to solve that issue.
As soon as it is fixed I will post an update.
