Menu Disappeared

    The menu along side for navigating between models, spools and data table (among others) is no longer showing up on iPads using Connect for Web. I have tried in Safari and in Chrome. It clearly shows up no a computer (screenshot below) and I also tested on an Android device in Chrome.  Is this an Apple/iPad issue or is there a setting buried somewhere? I have removed all web filtering and blocking on iPad.

    Hello Jeff,

    At our company we experienced the same problem on the Ipad. I have asked Trimble about this but haven't got an answer yet.
    We have come to the conclusion that it has something to do with the update to IpadOS-version 17.5.1.

    So if you have recently updated to 17.5.1 then that could be the cause.

    I was informed that there would be an update to connect pushed out today 6/25 that should resolve the iPad issue. I have not been able to test as of yet as I am not in the office to have access to the iPad.
