Recently updated to TBC v2023.11 and experiencing an issue while georeferencing PDF's to alignments. While selecting the pixel point to reference on the PDF -- with only free snap mode turned on -- TBC is still showing the PDF nodes as if Vector PDF snaps were turned on.
When attempting to free snap to a point that is near a Vector PDF node (still with only free snaps turned on), TBC automatically selects the Vector PDF node as opposed to the free snap in the location of the cursor -- even while the Vector PDF node snap indicator is not highlighted.
On most plan sets this would not be an issue as the PDF nodes are located at the intersection of the alignment and alignment label tick, but the plan set I am currently working with does not have nodes at those points.
The attached screenshots show the view right before attempting to free snap to a location near a Vector PDF (free snap mode only, vector PDF node visible but not highlighted), and the view right after selecting the free snap point -- vector PDF node automatically snapped to as opposed to the free point.
Am I missing something in the settings that could be causing this to happen, or is this a bug with 2023.11?
