Problem with Trimble Connect File Uploader for Revit

    Hi!
    I'm trying to use File Uploader add-in for Revit but when I press "Sign in" the program crashes and close Revit.


    I'm try to use diferents versions of Revit and the result is always the same: crashes and close Revit.

    I'm using "TrimbleConnectForRevit2019_v1.51.1"

    Can you help me to solve this problem, please? Thanks a lot!

    Hello,

    I downloaded the same plugin for Revit 2022 and Revit 2020 and facing the same issue. Also I tried to use it into my collogue system as well they are also facing the same issue. it crashes when i click on "Sign in"

    Please provide a solution.

    I had to chek event viewer from windows, when i saw the revit application error and search in google,

    i found this Autodeks first knowledge

    the second step to review it was the revit Addins  Addins

    I used App Manager Diroots to disable enscape add in

    And that's my solution
