Is anyone else seeing the Remote Access icon is always grey (Remote Access is Unavailable) for devices added to a project in the Project Map view?
Although the icon shows RA is unavailable, clicking on it will proceed to a successful connection to the web interface on EW/Cat Grade systems. I haven't tried them on any other devices.
I have cleared cache, tried it on Google Chrome and Edge. Same result.
