    Status update: resolved

    We are pleased to confirm that the issue affecting Penmap for Android and Penmap Project Manager has been successfully resolved.

    You are now able to create projects and deliverables as normal.

    no there is nothing to do from customer side.
    The service is updated and running, exporting the data should work now.

    Hi Jeff,

    You are correct, Penmap for Android has been officially discontinued.

    While new subscriptions are no longer available, there are still a few active subscriptions remaining.
    As a result, we are maintaining the infrastructure for a limited time to support those users.
