Setting Dimension Layer

    Most commands in TBC remember the previous layer used with that command and is a great function. When repeatedly using a command, no need to keep setting the layer. 

    This does not seem to work with Linear or Angular Dimension commands. Each time you open and utilize the command the layer is reset to '0'. Is it possible for the dimension command to act the same way as other TBC commands and remember the last utilized layer within that command? Thank you

    It has always been like that. So annoying.

    They should also fix when you change a text style used in your dimensions, they automatically update like the behaver of all other text in TBC.

    Got it. Would be nice to get those items updated in the software. Is anyone from Trimble able to maybe get this on some list somewhere? Seems simple, but when performing repetitive tasks this really is a time killer.

    The same with "create Dynaview".

    There it is especially annoying if you want to place multiple frames with different orientations. Once you've placed the first frame the focus of the angle picker is permanently moving to the sheet-view, but you want to pick the orientation of the frames in plan view. Forcing you to restart the function while having the layerpicker set back to 0.
