Terraflex synch fails with server 404 error

    We are struggling with sync on only one of 10 identical devices where the synch will start, but has the 'errors occurred' warning. All are running Nautizx41 handheld devices. Clicking on the error details returns the message "Sync. The Server returned an error: 404." Im assuming that this is a 'not found' error. Since the only difference between the devices is a licensing one, I'm guessing this is a license / config issue?  

    We have 10 Terraflex licenses of which 9 are using one month licenses (and working fine) but the tenth is a permanent Terraflex Core license and this is the one that wont sync. 

    We've tried all the usual things: there are no draft forms (and have deleted all forms and projects from the device), restarting the app, the device, logging out and in etc. The device has full wifi connectivity and fast internet - browsing and all other apps work. 

    Can someone give us a steer?

    Hi Charles

    Sorry to hear this. There's no service outages so we would need to take a look at the log files and get some more details

    • I would contact your local Trimble reseller and provide them with the logs and they'll help
    • You can also check the date/time/timezone is correct on whatever device you are using which can incur errors when connecting to services like this
