    Hi Tomáš,

Your Trimble dealer is the best place to start for support as there may be some troubleshhoting steps, and if they can't help you they will escalate to Trimble Support. Before contacting your dealer I would suggest you try the following:

    1. On your tablet go to your Bluetooth settings/Connected devices and tap on the cog next to the DA2, select 'FORGET'
    2. Make sure the blue light is flashing on the DA2 and run Trimble Mobile Manager (TMM)
    3. Tap the Select button
    4. Select the DA2 in the list, if the DA2 hasn't appeared tap 'Scan for devices' when it appears
    5. When the permission to pair dialog appears allow the device to pair
    6. Sign in to your TID if prompted

If this doesn't work you should save a TMM log (Menu/Help/Share log file) so that you have this to share with your dealer.

    Regards,

    Tomas Tecl,

As a suggestion, when this happens to me on my tablet in settings, I will remove the DA2 from the list of Bluetooth devices or "forget" this device. Then reconnect- "pair" by bluetooth
to the DA2 antenna. Also if your using Field maps sometimes I need to restart the app or reload the current online map or stored on my tablet map that I am using.

As a side note, I noticed yesterday that the DA2 has a firmware update for the DA2 antenna.
    Hope this might help.
