as Cornelia Schmitz already mentioned it is not possible to add data to an existing project.
However as a workarround you could do an export of the exsting project, and create a new project in the Penmap Project Manager where in the last step of creation you can add all the data you need.

I have teams working on different data collection projects. And it happens that I receive new data that I want to make available in the projects that are already created.
I saw in Trimble Connect Web, the tool for adding a file to an existing project. However, when I use it, my files are not synced for teams to use.

I'm sorry, it's not possible to import data (e.g. dwg, csv...) into an existing project.
Is there a special workflow you need it for?
