We do understand your frustration. We cannot provide answers to your question in this forum because its not possible for us to determine what the issue is just based on your description. It could be the corrupted files, or other issues but requires investigation that our support team will be able to handle. We do try to communicate known issues or bugs when possible but we are not having multiple users report on the same issue you are having so without further investigation from the correct people - we cannot provide much assistance.
As @Darshan Rajaram Kamat mentioned, reaching out to our support team with the requested information is going to be the quickest way for us to help.
We appreciate your understanding.
Thank you.

Hi Ryan,
Regret the inconvenience caused. It should ideally work.
Could you please send the model & project details, along with the device and OS version used to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com). We will investigate and get back.
Regards

Subject: Trimble Connect Mobile Models Not Loading
We are having an issue when trying to open several models in TC Moblie v2.14. It does not matter which project we are in, when multiple .ifc files are selected to view the models never fully load. The loading screen appears the models are visible in the background, but the loading wheel persists until you close Connect and try again.
We've tried-
- Signing out and back in
- Re-installing Connect
- Re-creating a project from scratch
Nothing has worked. These models loaded fine on TC mobile in the past.
Is this a bug?
