Hello 

Trimble Connect has been working very slowly since Friday.

We also have difficulty with measurements, it does not work in any internet browser.

Is it a general problem? Because we have the same problems with several people in our organization.

Hopefully this can be resolved quickly?

Are you referring to Trimble Connect for Browser or any other application (native apps - Mobile , Windows) ? 

If its for Trimble Connect for Browser, are you seeing slowness in the 3D Viewer or any other portion ? Could you please let us know.

The problem of measurements mainly occurs on Trimble Connect for Browser but i also received notifications of Trimble Connect for Windows from my colleagues.

Het slowness was indeed in 3D Viewer.

We also have this slowness issue since last week. Now we cannot load models at all.

It took 1.5 mins to get a project list, 6.5 mins to get a model list and model loading stopped after 2 mins with error messages: "File failed to load", "Failed to retrieve clash sets", "Failed to retrieve views"

Using Browser UI with Chrome and Edge, site is Europe.

Please let us know when this is fixed.

There was an issue with the EU server . It is now resolved.

All of our team were experiencing similar problems and now cannot even connect to our project folders

Having similar issues! We are using the web browser in Chrome.

Markups are buggy as well as the dimension tools.

We have .nwd,.dwg,.ifc & .dwg files formats in our project.
