Using Terra Flex with a T7 and EM 100

    We purchased 8 total units of T7 data collectors with EM 100 modules for GIS data collection. Unable to get the units to work (in getting GPS connection) using Terra-Flex, any insight/solution would be extremely helpful.

    HI Brian

    When you say you are unable to get the GPS connection do you mean you are unable to select and use the EM100 as a GNSS receiver when you run Terraflex on the T7?
    • Can you confirm the GNSS firmware the EM100 is using please?
    • Can you also confirm the Terraflex version you are using via SETTINGS > About option
